Brompton Folding Bike and a British Mansion
Brompton bikes are the most popular bikes in our store. There’s no doubt about it. With so many options to choose from, it’s hard to determine which bikes to carry in our store that will work best for customers in New York City. We like the Brompton M3L bikes, with upright handlebars and a maintenance-free 3-speed hub for our customers who don’t want to worry about technicalities on their bike. However, we also talk to many bike riders who want a Brompton bike to add to their collection, a perfect travel option for a plane or a boat.
These riders like a simple bike that they can maintain on their own while they ride on a backpacking trip through Europe or a boat trip to the Caribbean. For these riders, we started carrying the Brompton S1E and the Brompton S1L, in all black or all red. These simple 1-speed bikes come with or without fenders, and are a nice, simple options that are easy to use and a bit lighter than the average Brompton folding bike.
